Breaking barriers to connect the younger generation with mathematics
Breaking barriers to connect the younger generation with mathematics
We envision a world where talented students—regardless of background or location—can access high-quality maths education, join a supportive community, and reach scholarships, universities and research careers.
Maths Volunteers is a volunteer-run initiative that opens doors for students through free public talks, online courses, small research projects and one-to-one guidance. We curate scholarships, demystify applications, and build mentorship networks so students can progress and later support others. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their goals and maximise their potential. All our services are free.
Scholarship guidance for Master’s and PhD routes.
Learning programmes: public talks, online courses, small research projects.
Targeted support for students in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nigeria.
Community & mentoring so today’s learners become tomorrow’s mentors.
Maths Volunteers is a collective effort of our management team, lecturers, associate members and guest speakers. You can also request appointments with team members.
